Placing An Order

  • Orders can be placed on-line via our website contact page, Facebook, in person or over the phone directly. Please place orders at least 14 days in advance, please call on 0400 33 11 93 to check availability. Payment is required at the point of ordering.
  • You will be provided with an order confirmation over the phone or by email. If ordering on-line, check your junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully and let us know if any items are incorrect. Cakes For U does not accept responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer; however the order can be edited if notified before the production time which is 3 days prior to the pick up date.

Collecting An Order

  • CHANGES TO ORDERS Alterations to orders may be requested, but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges may apply for any changes. If you have arranged to collect. the cake will be available within the time-slot selected. If for some reason you are unable to collect on the day specified and time, please contact the Me. We will hold the cake for you

Cancellations

  • We can only guarantee refund less deposit of your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 1 1/2 week before the collection/delivery time. Any other cancellation refunds will be entirely at Cakes For U discretion.

Quality

  • Our cakes are hand-made, using fresh flour. Therefore there may be slight variations in appearance from those shown in our publicity material. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of better quality. On Cakes For U,  collection or delivery you will be asked to check the appearance of the cake. Please take the time to inspect the order, as we cannot take any responsibility for visible errors not identified and shown to staff at this point.

Customer Satistfaction

  • We work hard at Cakes For U to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work done. If you are extremely satisfied, we’d like you to leave a comment on our Facebook page or email us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service, you should first speak to the manager of Cakes For U. Alternatively you can contact us through email at info@cakesforu.com.au. We will endeavour to give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 15 working days.
